Shipping Policy

Return Policy
We want you to love your BanBan. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
- Defective or damaged items: Email us within 14 days of delivery (include your order number and a photo). We’ll replace or refund.
- Hygiene seal: For safety reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
- Change of mind: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and still sealed in its original packaging.
- Return shipping: Covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
